1308 Pdc Cutter Inserts for coal mining PDC bits
PDC( Polycrystalline diamond compact) adopts diamond powder and tungsten carbide substrates as its raw material, it is a complex material which is made under high temperature and high pressure sintering. Combine the hardness, wearresistance and thermal conductivity with high impact toughness and strength of tungsten carbide. It is an excellent cutting tools and wear-resistant tools.
This PDC cutter is flat face. It is made of superior diamond powder and tungsten carbide substrate, adopt new process. Complete C-C bond between the diamond particles makes the diamond layer have high and wear-resistance and strength. Multi-tooth structure and post process makes the Interface combined with more solid, uniform and has higher heat stability and impact toughness.
