Portage Sample Core Drilling rig operating instructions and precautions

1. After the drilling rig is used, the sundries, mud, dust and other dirt on the drilling rig and drilling tools should be cleaned in time;
2. When the drilling rig is not in use, it should be placed vertically on the attached shelf to avoid bruising;
3. The oil in the oil cylinder should be replaced at least once a month to avoid damage to parts;
4. The threaded joints of drilling tools such as drill pipes and drill bits should be regularly coated with butter or lubricating oil to increase the service life;
5. When the drilling rig is not in use, the water in the manual high-pressure water pump should be drained in time, and the connection with the drilling rig should be disconnected and stored separately;
6. When the drilling rig is in use, be sure to connect the main shaft connecting sleeve to ensure the service life of the main shaft;
7. When disassembling and assembling the Drill Pipe, be sure to use supporting tools to avoid damage to the drill pipe caused by violent disassembly and assembly;
8. The outer diameter of the drill bit used must be larger than the outer diameter of the drill pipe to avoid the drill pipe from being greatly worn during the drilling process;

9. If the drilling rig has not been used for a long time, when it is restarted, it should be operated for 10 minutes without load to unblock the water and oil channels according to the method when it was used for the first time.
